I buy these regularly by the hundreds. Been using them for a long time, completely satisfied. Divide the power in normal operation by 3. For more power, forced cooling is needed. The board includes a connector for a 40×40 mm cooler.

It is a robust boost converter. I use it to boost 13.8 v input to 24-26 v for a 100 w hf linear power amplifier. Prior to use it, i managed to burn 5 boost converters of other brand. But this one seems to be rock-solid.
My only complain is the lack of a manual or proper user instructions. Fortunately, i managed to get the manual for a similar converter from aideepen, which is 99% similar. Most possibly this one is a copy of aideepen’s. Or vice-versa. Who knows!.

Arrived as a consolidated shipment, I think that’s why it was relatively fast.
It works! I haven’t subjected it to maximum loads yet.
It is not described anywhere that the output which is connected to the fan is connected to the standby power supply of the TL, at over 15V it stabilizes at 13.7V, the fan draws 0.2A.
There are no cooling control schemes.

I bought it with some hesitation, but it works quite well. With an input of 18 volts, adjusting the output dial lowers it to 18 volts and then keeps going up. I think this is the power of a booster. The output is excellent and it meets the specifications I wanted.

I ordered 3 such modules from different stores and manufacturers.
Only this one was made with enough care. And it was the cheapest!
Well secured toroid, well soldered terminals, fuses not twisted (can be removed easily). Thermal pads underneath are very well placed. And it works.
The other modules i got from the other stores had issues with all the above (but they work).
See 2nd photo how this module has the toroid secured very well and see 3rd photo from another store on how a non secured toroid can damage the capacitors.
Tenstar seems to have its own factory / supply chain and makes the best (compared to the others i got) modules, with enough care.
