It seems that instead of tl081 they are using relabeled UA741CN. The overload indicator is not working correctly. It works exactly the same with UA741CN microcircuits. The zero setting potentiometer is not working.
with normal original TL071 microcircuits everything works correctly, just need to change the resistance from 270 kΩ to 1 kΩ, and the zero setting will work.

The power supply works very well when correct and error-free. I assembled and tested several units. Attention should be paid to the voltage supplied by the transformer to ensure it does not exceed 24V AC, as the operational amplifiers used have a maximum allowable supply voltage of 36V DC. It should be remembered that 2 of the TL081 circuits are powered from the negative side with a voltage of -5.1V, so the maximum voltage on the Vcc power supply side should not exceed +30V. Or, the power supply for these 3 TL081 circuits must be properly protected against exceeding +30V.

The circuit was sent with little protection for transportation. Some components soldered to the printed circuit board arrived bent, especially the 3.3mF electrolytic capacitor. The power transistor comes without a heat sink. I will try to fix it.

If you build it then replace the capacitors with some better ones. Also the opamps that come with the kit are junk, definitetly not original tl081 replace them with lm741.
